Own and scale Emora’s client experience across booking, onboarding, scheduling, billing, treatment, and care transitions. Handle complex escalations, build resolution frameworks, manage distributed teams, and use product improvements, automation, and AI agents to reduce recurring client friction. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to improve workflows, retention, lifetime value, and churn while maintaining service quality.

Build and lead Emora Health’s national go-to-market function, including field sales, healthcare and community partnerships, market launches, channel testing, team hiring, quota management, forecasting, and pipeline infrastructure. Establish regional sales teams and referral relationships with pediatricians, health systems, schools, universities, and community organizations. Represent the company externally while partnering with clinical, operations, and executive leaders to expand access to youth mental health care.

Source and recruit licensed clinicians for Emora’s behavioral health network. Manage the provider pipeline from outreach and screening through pitching, credentialing, onboarding, and the provider’s first scheduled and completed client. Assess licensure, experience, and fit, maintain follow-ups, meet growth goals, and represent Emora professionally. The role requires strong communication, self-direction, relationship-building, and the ability to both recruit qualified providers and disqualify unsuitable candidates.
