Leads the Whitney Museum’s organic social media strategy, editorial calendar, publishing, community management, channel development, creator collaborations, and performance reporting. Translates exhibitions and institutional priorities into platform-native storytelling, briefs creative partners, produces reactive content, manages sensitive public-facing communications, and uses audience insights and social listening to guide strategy. Builds relationships with artists and cultural partners, coordinates freelancers, and advises leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.

Lead and manage the Patron Programs team to meet annual revenue targets by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-net-worth donors and patron groups; set strategy, oversee program performance and calendar, collaborate across museum teams, use prospect data to advance donors, and support donor events and reporting.

The Engineer oversees building controls maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and MEP coordination while ensuring conservation and aesthetic standards are met across all Whitney locations.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Whitney Museum's Independent Study Program, coordinating curriculum, seminars, studio visits, admissions, events, alumni relations, budgets, payments, and cross-department collaboration while supporting the ISP Director and maintaining confidentiality.
