Manage U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance and reporting, including sales/use tax and ASC 740 positions. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Real Estate and external advisors on tax provisioning, transfer pricing, registrations, notices/audits, process improvements, and automation. Support global multi-jurisdictional tax matters and ad hoc projects to scale the tax function.

Serve as the primary U.S. legal partner, advising executive leadership on commercial, real estate, employment, compliance, and corporate matters. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts and real estate transactions, build scalable legal processes, oversee external counsel, and support market expansion and governance across U.S. operations.

Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for store and corporate roles. Mentor TA team, develop sourcing strategies, manage large requisition loads, run hiring events and community partnerships, improve recruiting processes, and support employer branding and new store hiring initiatives to meet aggressive hiring goals.
