Manage government grant and contract accounting, including proposal budgets, post-award compliance, billings, reconciliations, cost allocations, receivables, financial reporting, audits, and contract files. Partner with finance, program leadership, funders, and management to maximize reimbursement, ensure allowable costs, maintain accurate records, and support budgeting and accounting systems projects. The role also serves as a resource on grant compliance, financial procedures, and funding requirements.
