Support full-cycle HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance, compliance with employment laws, employee relations, and HR reporting. Assist HR Director with performance evaluations, classification, change management, and employee engagement initiatives. Serve as a primary HR contact for staff and managers and prepare regular HR metrics and payroll reports.
