The National Director, Business Development will drive revenue by selling Simon Malls' Retail Media Network to brands and develop strategic relationships to meet financial goals.

Support mall marketing by coordinating promotions and events, liaising with store managers and tenants, handling tenant/vendor/public inquiries, and creating short-form social media video and carousel content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Assist with SIMON+ loyalty offers and participate in occasional evenings, weekends, and holiday events.

Sell Simon media, sponsorships, events, and experiential programs to brands, agencies, and local businesses; develop relationships and pitches, close multi-property deals, forecast revenue, execute leases, collect receivables, and ensure flawless program execution while meeting personal and property sales goals.

Lead end-to-end production of consumer-facing marketing content, owning editorial calendars, workflows, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder approvals, ensure brand and legal compliance, improve PM processes using tools like Monday.com and AI, track performance metrics, and support digital and social production logistics.

Lead and evolve influencer marketing strategies for Simon's shopping centers, enhancing brand relevance, consumer engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Oversee full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and talent sourcing to performance optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
