Own territory and revenue targets for enterprise SaaS deals. Drive full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close, build executive relationships, design solutions with product/technical teams, create ROI narratives, and collaborate cross-functionally to penetrate large institutions and exceed quotas.

Lead day-to-day operations and strategic execution for GAMUT, assessing and improving operations, products, services, and delivery. Develop and execute sector-specific employer engagement strategies in NYC to build 15–20 strategic partnerships annually, create training and pre-employment pathways, support internal teams with labor market analysis, drive employer opportunities (50+ annually), and ensure at least 70% of clients connect to high-demand roles. Monitor KPIs and expand employer services to increase client placements and employer satisfaction.

Provide legal and compliance support for contracting, vendor and funder management, audits, and policy development. Draft and negotiate agreements, assist with internal audits and compliance program updates, support board management, and advise leadership on regulatory and contracting matters.

Serve as trusted partner to executive leadership and Boards, centralizing board administration, preparing agendas/reports, managing governance records, coordinating board communications, ensuring compliance, and driving board engagement and effectiveness across the nonprofit enterprise.

Provide IT and A/V technical support across multiple locations, including NYC: set up and troubleshoot video conferencing, projectors, microphones, network equipment (switches, routers, access points), maintain data closet/datacenter hardware, coordinate with ISPs, document procedures, and drive process improvements to ensure reliable IT operations and strong end-user support.

Develop and execute sector-specific employer engagement strategies across NYC to build partnerships, identify labor market needs, and create training-to-employment pathways. Lead employer outreach, design tailored employer offers, share labor market data with placement teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, and drive business growth and commercial services to expand sustainable employment opportunities for clients.

Collect, analyze, and enter participant timekeeping hours and demographic data into FedcapCARES and HRA/SEAMS. Produce and review reports, scan and catalogue timesheets, resolve inconsistencies, and perform outreach when participants fail to register time.

Manage full sales cycle for Single Stop's SaaS, including prospecting, pipeline development, demos, proposal negotiation, and closing. Drive revenue across government, education, nonprofit, and enterprise sectors while collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success.
