Leads PAVE’s human resources administration and talent acquisition functions, including payroll, benefits, HRIS management, compliance, employee relations, HR reporting, contracts, policy updates, and vendor oversight. Develops recruitment plans, manages job postings and candidate communications, coordinates hiring processes, and partners with school leadership to attract and retain diverse talent. Supports teacher certification and ensures compliance with federal and New York employment laws.
