Lead process engineering design and execution for mining, mineral processing, material handling, and heavy industrial facilities. Develop PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and equipment designs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; oversee quality, safety, commissioning, and client expectations. Support proposals, business development, client relationships, conferences, and project pursuits. Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices. Regular travel to offices, project sites, and industrial facilities is expected.
