Manage and reconcile general ledgers for multiple residential properties; prepare and post journal entries and accruals; compile monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages; coordinate audits; ensure GAAP compliance and timely year-end closes; communicate with asset management and clients; support ad-hoc duties and property transitions.

Manage and optimize the Yardi property management system (YardiOne/Voyager), support integrations, provide end-user training, implement new modules, collaborate with vendors and departments, and ensure reliable system performance and process improvements. On-site presence required.
