The Financial Analyst supports monthly and annual close, revenue accounting, GAAP compliance, KPI reporting, financial analysis, cash forecasting, tax filings, audits, budgets, and forecasts. The role prepares journal entries, revenue reports, management reporting, and contract reviews while partnering with department heads and internal stakeholders. This hybrid position requires approximately one office day per month in Los Angeles or availability in the New York area.

Own the organization’s end-to-end YouTube strategy, including channel architecture, content cadence, audience growth, editorial direction, packaging, analytics, experimentation, and monetization. The role partners with production, creative, marketing, social, and partnerships teams; develops growth playbooks and performance reporting; identifies revenue opportunities; tracks platform and creator trends; and coaches teams on YouTube best practices.
