Supports accounting and financial management for federally funded construction projects. Responsibilities include accounts payable, project budget setup, owner billing, intercompany transactions, cost reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, variance analysis, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring. The role requires maintaining auditable records, applying FAR and CAS requirements, determining allowable costs, and supporting cost-reimbursable, time-and-material, and federal grant contracts.

Lead and coach construction teams to adopt lean principles. Facilitate continuous improvement events, train superintendents, implement daily stand-up audits and lookahead planning, establish material planning/storage processes, and drive waste reduction across projects while supporting clients and internal teams.
