Lead architecture and technical direction across the stack: design and document backend systems, APIs, and serverless infrastructure; write production code; set standards for testing, observability, CI/CD, and deployments; partner with product and leadership to translate problems into scalable solutions; guide technical strategy and collaborate with mobile, design, and clinical teams.

Manage and maintain site and corporate financial models, forecast growth, analyze business operations to identify improvements, support monthly close with the controller, and prepare reporting packages for leadership and the board.
