Support property sales and marketing by handling client inquiries, coordinating meetings and site tours, preparing sales materials and reports, managing schedules and communications, assisting reservations and billing, and providing administrative and guest-facing support to the sales team and leadership.

Lead property marketing and media strategies to raise brand awareness, drive traffic and revenue, manage PR/influencer and creative partners, oversee content and shoots, coordinate digital and CRM initiatives, support F&B and revenue strategies, maintain websites/apps, and report on marketing performance.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for a luxury hotel, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, Workday/HRIS administration, compliance with company policy and Collective Bargaining Agreement, and supporting People Operations initiatives.
