Provide high-touch administrative support to senior PJT Camberview professionals: manage calendars, schedule meetings, greet clients, arrange travel, prepare meeting materials, process expenses, maintain CRM/Outlook data, handle correspondence and phone lines, and protect confidential information to ensure smooth client-facing operations.

Lead and scale a global lateral recruiting function for experienced investment banking hires. Own strategy, manage a high-performing team, run senior-level searches, refine processes and ATS, build talent pipelines, partner with business leaders and HR on offers and compensation, and enhance PJT's employer brand in the market.

Lead PJT's AI security and risk program: own AI risk framework and policies, evaluate vendors and internal AI deployments, perform AI threat modeling, embed AI security controls, monitor regulation and report to leadership, support audits, and deliver awareness training. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Technology to manage model, data, and third-party AI risks across the firm.

Build, operate, and secure the firm's AI infrastructure and developer tooling to enable Python-based AI applications. Implement Azure AI Foundry, integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), design data pipelines (ADF, Databricks), manage cloud infrastructure (IaC, Kubernetes), and enforce security, governance, and compliance for regulated financial environments.

Oversee end-to-end technical projects and multiyear Technology Operations initiatives (patching, monitoring, backup). Define scope, create roadmaps, coordinate engineering, security, infrastructure and vendors, manage risks, track milestones, report status, and maintain documentation to ensure delivery aligned with business, security, and compliance objectives.

Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate functions (Technology, Finance, Legal/Compliance, HR, Administrative). Source and screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, create job descriptions, manage offers and onboarding materials, report recruiting metrics, and assist with immigration/visa processes.

Provide compliance coverage for equity and debt capital markets: advise on private placements, underwriting and liability management; develop policies and procedures; advise on cross-border and Reg BI issues; monitor MNPI, conflicts and wall-crossing; deliver training; support regulatory developments, exams and audits; partner with senior business leaders to embed compliance into transactions and risk decisions.

Lead execution of firmwide risk strategy, oversee identification/mitigation of financial, operational, regulatory and reputational risks, maintain governance and reporting, advise senior management, liaise with regulators/auditors, and ensure crisis management and business continuity planning across business units.

Manage the firms IT asset lifecycle: inventory, procurement, deployment, retirement, and reporting. Improve ITAM maturity, optimize license and hardware utilization, support NY stockroom audits, ensure security compliance, and deliver data-driven insights and process improvements.

Build and maintain client-facing applications and analytics/AI tools for financial workflows. Design data models and pipelines, ensure data quality and reliability, integrate LLM APIs, and collaborate with business stakeholders across the full application lifecycle.
