Work with senior leadership to drive firm-wide AI adoption: study team workflows, identify high-leverage AI use cases, design and deliver training, recruit internal evangelists, evaluate tools/vendors, track adoption, and scale best practices across global offices.

Provide high-touch administrative and operational support for deal teams: manage calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, client communications, data entry (DealCloud/Outlook), event and roadshow coordination, and confidential document handling to support fundraising and transaction processes.

Hands-on cybersecurity leader responsible for running the firm's vulnerability management and patching program, performing scans and remediation validation, supporting incident response coverage, developing metrics and governance, integrating security into engineering workflows, and contributing engineering effort to security infrastructure (SIEM, EDR). Provides leadership, audit support, and cross-functional coordination.

Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends affecting PJT; maintain peer financial and valuation materials; partner with Investor Relations; support FP&A with peer analytics; and assist various strategic initiatives across the firm.
