As a founding engineer you will design and build the core platform: event-driven agent framework, shared memory, tool orchestration, APIs, early-intervention systems, and the virtual clinic. Own products end-to-end from customer discovery to production, ship AI/ML solutions, ensure real-time scale and measure impact.

Lead and scale Rovi's engineering organization: own the autonomous agent platform, architect the virtual clinic, scale real-time clinical data pipelines (EHR/HIE/claims) with HIPAA compliance, hire and mentor the initial engineering team, drive system design and code quality, and shape product and technical strategy with the founders.

Build and own end-to-end product surfaces and architecture for an AI-native virtual clinic: event-driven agent frameworks, real-time intervention systems, LLM/agent orchestration, APIs, and scalable infrastructure to detect costly care events, route care, and improve outcomes as the platform scales.
