Develop and lead Peregrine’s paid and organic social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other channels. Create engaging multimedia content, track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on analytics. Collaborate with creative, growth marketing, brand, communications, content, talent brand, and recruiting teams to amplify thought leadership, customer stories, and employer branding while expanding reach and engagement.

Own projects improving the reliability, performance, and scalability of Peregrine’s data platform. Build and maintain distributed systems, data pipelines, datastores, authorization, connection, and notification layers. Coordinate with Legal, Contracts, People Operations, Finance, GRC, and Procurement to identify gaps, maintain compliance records, manage clearance lifecycles, and drive remediation across government contracts.

Administer 300+ active enterprise software contracts and orders after award. Review agreements, track obligations, deadlines, renewals, amendments, notices, milestones, and action items in Salesforce. Partner with customers, resellers, legal counsel, client advocates, and internal stakeholders to resolve post-award issues, support onboarding, mitigate risk, explain contract options, and negotiate trade-offs. The role focuses on government contracting across federal, state, and local entities, including direct and cooperative purchasing mechanisms.

Manage state and local government sales contracts for an enterprise SaaS company. Draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and close agreements while balancing business goals, customer needs, legal risk, pricing, compliance, delivery, and procurement requirements. Guide customers through contracting and onboarding, coordinate with legal, finance, sales, and operations, and identify direct and cooperative purchasing mechanisms. The role requires autonomous execution, strong communication, negotiation, organization, and customer relationship management.

Lead product security architecture and embed security across the SDLC. Define authentication, authorization, data protection, and supply-chain controls. Mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, identify and mitigate security risks, and implement scalable, secure-by-default frameworks across the stack.

Provide day-to-day Salesforce and GTM systems support for Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery, and Finance. Triage and resolve issues, manage access, execute enhancements, run data governance, contribute to sprint-based projects, and identify automation, documentation, and training opportunities while protecting sensitive information.

Lead national community engagement for Peregrine deployments: design stakeholder-mapping and listening strategies, build scalable playbooks, prepare partners for public hearings, shape public narrative, and partner cross-functionally to translate technology into community value and manage high-visibility civic moments.

Lead design and execution of the internal analytics stack: scale the data warehouse, build dbt ETL pipelines, design reusable data models, create dashboards and forecasts, set data quality checks, and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to define KPIs and automate reporting.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput real-time data integration and storage systems. Architect open table format layers at petabyte scale, build and optimize Spark-based batch and streaming pipelines, manage stream processing (Kafka/Flink), orchestrate pipelines (Airflow), and ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across the data stack. Collaborate with platform and product teams and own end-to-end data infrastructure.
