Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for ~150 annual hires. Support HR programs and Learning & Development by coordinating new hire orientation, scheduling trainings, maintaining HRIS and employee records, tracking performance evaluations, producing reports, and providing frontline employee support.

Lead and oversee case management and clinical staff for permanent supportive congregate housing; develop operational systems, ensure documentation quality, coordinate referrals and external partnerships, supervise and coach staff, support continuous program improvement, present outcomes to stakeholders, and provide 24/7 on-call emergency support.

Supervise and support Transition Coordinators to ensure high-quality reentry services in jails and the community. Oversee program operations, data collection and reporting, administrative tasks, staff training, clinical oversight, crisis management, interagency liaison work, and coverage for the Director as needed.
