Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, workspaces, datasets, and dataflows. Conducts SQL, Excel, and Power Query analyses to evaluate program performance and support decisions. Partners with IT on enterprise data architecture, documents data assets and methodologies, translates stakeholder needs into technical requirements, presents findings, and coaches staff in data literacy and dashboard use.

Manage employee relations and workplace investigations, coach managers on performance and accountability, oversee performance management and OKRs, support labor and policy relations, interpret employment law, mediate workplace conflicts, analyze ER trends, improve HR processes, and implement technology-driven case management and analytics initiatives.

Lead performance measurement and analysis for youth, foster care, and prevention programs. Supervise case record reviewers, produce reports, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, support incident and high-risk reviews, present findings, and partner with program leaders to improve operations and service delivery.

Supervise accounting operations including accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support monthly/annual close, audits, government reports, grant reporting, budgeting, and process improvements while mentoring staff and strengthening internal controls.

Partner with leaders to improve employee experience through training compliance, learning journeys, career pathway coaching, inclusion initiatives, and data-driven reporting. Manage LMS records, identify capability gaps, advise on development plans, and support culture, engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.
