Own customer deployments of Sable’s AI employee from initial scoping through renewal and expansion. Build business cases, define use cases and success metrics, manage executive relationships, evaluate deployment opportunities, and identify additional teams and workflows for expansion. Partner with deployment strategists and engineers while serving as a trusted advisor to customers. Represent Sable externally, develop executive relationships, secure warm introductions, and turn successful deployments into case studies.

Lead end-to-end customer deployments of Sable's AI product: scope projects, build and tune conversational journeys, own customer relationships and ROI, collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship fixes, and create scalable deployment playbooks.

Own full-cycle sales for mid-market accounts ($80k–$120k ACV): discovery, live demo with the product, POC scoping with engineers, negotiation, and closing. Improve and execute the documented playbook, win self-sourced pipeline, and help build the sales processes and team.
