Conduct infringement and validity analyses, advise on litigation risk and strategy, collaborate with engineering and AI teams to shape litigation workflows, support prosecution-to-litigation handoffs, contribute product-focused expertise, and manage outside counsel for multi-jurisdictional matters.

First-line customer support for patent attorneys: respond to tickets across email, in-app chat, and Slack; resolve common issues; triage complex cases to attorneys or engineers; build help docs and Loom walk-throughs; surface product feedback; collaborate with CSMs and GTM to improve support and product experience.

Full-cycle GTM Account Executive responsible for building the sales motion, generating outbound leads, delivering product demos, closing enterprise deals, representing the company at IP conferences, and feeding market insights to the AI product team to shape roadmap and onboarding.
