Develop and maintain grant budgets and narratives, monitor submission timelines, and ensure budget accuracy. Manage payroll allocations and approve Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) in Paycom. Coordinate with HR, program directors, accounts payable, and accounting to prepare salary reports, update allocations, and maintain documentation and templates for consistent grant and budgeting processes.
