Visits physicians’ offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to present services and obtain referrals. Analyzes markets, company strengths, marketing data, patient relationships, and service offerings; develops and implements marketing plans, sales objectives, and projections. Provides community education, attends interdisciplinary meetings, and supports office operations as needed.

Processes and audits multi-state payroll for healthcare employees, ensuring accurate wages, deductions, benefits, taxes, and compliance. Maintains payroll and HRIS records, reconciles reports and accounts, supports W-2s, tax filings, and audits, resolves employee payroll questions, and partners with HR and Finance on employee status changes and process improvements.
