Support the US Attorney's Financial Litigation Unit by extracting information from LIONS, PACER, judgment and pre-sentence reports; create case folders and opening documents; generate and secure reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, SENTRY); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers, and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.

Support USAO Asset Forfeiture attorneys by reviewing investigative reports, evaluating case litigation worthiness, preparing pleadings and motions, organizing discovery and exhibits, conducting legal research, assisting trial preparation, managing witnesses, and training or supervising other paralegals as needed.

Review, validate, and enter case data from multiple sources; create and manage case files; prepare reports and correspondence; track deadlines; communicate with stakeholders; ensure data accuracy and compliance in support of the U.S. Marshals Service asset forfeiture mission.
