Audits and analyzes bankruptcy cases, debtor financial documents, trustee accounting statements, corporate structures, debt, income, expenditures, and operating plans. Reviews trustee audits for adequacy, compliance, and weaknesses; supports counsel and United States Trustee Program officials with accounting, financial analysis, investigations, research, recommendations, and reports involving Chapters 7, 12, and 13 trustees.

Collects, analyzes, reconciles, and organizes information supporting the U.S. Attorney’s Office Asset Forfeiture Section. Maintains case files and databases, enters and verifies data, tracks deadlines, coordinates information requests, prepares accurate reports and correspondence, performs case-related word processing, and provides timely status updates.

Support the US Attorney's Financial Litigation Unit by extracting information from LIONS, PACER, judgment and pre-sentence reports; create case folders and opening documents; generate and secure reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, SENTRY); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers, and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.

Support USAO attorneys by conducting legal research, reviewing case materials, drafting correspondence, organizing trial exhibits, interviewing witnesses, preparing testimony/deposition summaries, and assisting with case preparation and litigation support tasks.
