Provide administrative support to the Program Director and Director of Social Service including communications, scheduling, meeting minutes, file and database management, petty cash custody, invoices review, ordering supplies, coordinating equipment repairs, tracking time/attendance, and other office duties while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
