Provide civil legal services to low-income clients statewide including advice, negotiation, litigation, and administrative advocacy; supervise community workers; pursue statewide impact litigation and community advocacy; develop substantive expertise; coordinate with partners; deliver community education; participate in trainings and maintain case management records.
