Part-time administrative assistant responsible for center administration: records and attendance management, staff/volunteer oversight, membership registration, reporting, office supplies, phone and mail handling, systems for information management, and other duties assigned by the Center Director.

Part-time Administrative Assistant responsible for center administration: employee and member records, attendance tracking, reporting, office supplies, phone and mail handling, supervising support staff, and responding to headquarters. Supports Center Director and maintains information systems and administrative protocols.

Provide full-time administrative support for a community center: manage personnel and member records, registrations and attendance, office supplies and correspondence, supervise volunteers/staff, generate reports and management information systems, assist with phone/technical issues, and perform other duties as assigned reporting to the Center Director.

Lead PAL's fundraising, marketing, communications, and alumni engagement. Build and execute comprehensive advancement strategy, secure major gifts and institutional funding, oversee events and donor stewardship, manage advancement team and systems, and partner with CEO and Board to drive long-term financial sustainability and visibility.
