Provide administrative and facilities support for HR and the office: manage calls/mail/supplies/vendors, reconcile invoices, maintain org charts and contact lists, assist onboarding and HR events, coordinate visitors and maintenance, and support ad-hoc departmental projects.

Work with the Manager, Business Architecture to gather and document requirements, support UAT and testing, liaise with stakeholders and clients, maintain documentation (Atlassian), reconcile client reports, and identify process improvements to support innovation delivery within Depositary, CSD, & Issuer Services.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for large, complex financial institution clients: create project plans, coordinate stakeholders, run meetings, track progress, surface risks, report status, and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency.
