Direct proposal development for SOCOTEC’s Buildings & Real Estate team by managing proposal teams, schedules, content, compliance, presentations, revisions, branding, training, and lessons-learned processes. Collaborate with internal staff, partners, and subconsultants to produce persuasive, high-quality submissions and improve win rates. Develop technical proposals, estimates, and final submission materials while managing multiple deadlines and resources.

Leads construction code and planning projects from initiation through municipal approval and final sign-off. Manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, reporting, and client communications.
