Provides Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for internal users, troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, access, hardware, software, and peripherals. Administers accounts and permissions through Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, supports onboarding and offboarding, manages tickets, documents resolutions, coordinates with vendors, and assists with asset management, deployments, upgrades, and technology projects.

Drives franchise growth by generating and qualifying leads, managing prospective franchisees through discovery, FDD review, negotiation, and franchise award, and onboarding successful candidates. Builds relationships with prospects, brokers, and consultants; supports territory expansion strategy; ensures franchisees meet financial and operational standards; and collaborates with marketing, legal, and support teams. Requires franchise development experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of franchise legal requirements and unit economics.
