Manage the full change lifecycle: gather functional requirements, coordinate across Front Office/Operations/Technology, prepare and manage User Acceptance Testing, track delivery status, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and adhere to enterprise change management standards.

Support middle-office derivatives operations: ensure compliance with CFTC/ESMA/JFSA rules, confirm OTC/swaps/futures with brokers (including evening confirmations), assist front office with T+0 and T+1 PnL reconciliation, and verify/amend trade bookings.
