Develop and execute the community marketing plan to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Drive direct and phone sales, manage move-ins/move-outs, maintain waitlist, generate leads, use lead-tracking and marketing systems, train and motivate staff, maintain competitor and product knowledge, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory training, and maintain resident confidentiality.
