Hiring two Business Analysts (Jersey City and New Castle, DE). Require 5-7 years BA experience including at least 1 year in payments/SWIFT. Responsibilities include writing BRDs, FRDs, and use cases; strong communication and ability to work independently.

Senior hands-on UX lead responsible for usability studies, information architecture, wireframing, UX development and front-end implementation using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and JS frameworks. Communicates design concepts, creates annotated wireframes and visual comps, and manages multiple high-priority projects.

Lead enterprise application migration of mission-critical mainframe and distributed systems to new infrastructure. Refactor code, configure application servers, manage deployments, create and execute regression test plans, troubleshoot integration and security issues, and work with infrastructure teams to ensure secure cross-domain authentication.
