Oversees technical proposals, system recommendations, presentations, negotiations, sales lifecycle progression, and transition to project execution. Establishes sales engineering processes, standards, performance expectations, revenue goals, and strategic industry relationships while providing executive-level technical leadership.

Rapidly prototype, document deployment standards, support field commissioning, and collaborate with engineering, HVAC, and IT/OT security teams.

Owner of geothermal innovation engineering: evaluate technical feasibility and customer value, perform HVAC, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics modeling, run techno-economic analyses, lead prototyping and experiments, produce PRDs and technical collateral, support pilots and product rollouts, and collaborate with monitoring, design, and business teams.
