The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, recruiting events, employer branding, recruitment marketing, credentialing, pre-onboarding, and new-hire orientation support. The role maintains ATS records, tracks recruiting metrics, coordinates with hiring managers and HR, represents the organization at community and college events, and travels weekly among Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens locations. The position is fully on-site initially, with potential for hybrid work.
