Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new matters, client updates, and lateral hires. Conduct conflicts research using internal systems and external databases, recommend and implement resolution strategies, draft waivers and ethical screens, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter opening workflows, educate attorneys, and participate in an on-call conflicts rotation for after-hours emergency checks.

Manage legal matter budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while partnering with attorneys and business teams. Use AI-enabled tools and firm technologies to improve matter efficiency, reporting, and processes. Monitor WIP, realization, fees, collections, and budget variances; collaborate with Pricing, Finance, and Billing to drive consistent legal project management practices and technology adoption.
