Provide secure exam delivery and customer service by checking in examinees, verifying ID, explaining procedures, monitoring testing, maintaining exam security, troubleshooting technical issues, and following company policies. Part-time role with evening and weekend availability.

Provide Level 1–2 hardware and software support to students, faculty, and administration: troubleshoot accounts, install/configure and repair computers and peripherals, maintain servers, manage IT inventory, document procedures, and track requests in an IT ticketing system. Evening and occasional weekend coverage required.
