Own end-to-end product execution for Blee’s enterprise AI marketing content compliance platform. Responsibilities include customer discovery, requirements writing, backlog and sprint management, bug triage, platform capability development, feature launches, adoption tracking, and roadmap prioritization. The role partners closely with engineering, customers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and enterprise legal, compliance, marketing, and operations stakeholders.

Build end-to-end product features with a backend emphasis: design databases, develop backend services and APIs, own infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments), optimize performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and scalability.

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from contract to go-live, coordinating stakeholders, project plans, technical integrations (SSO, APIs, data flows), and documentation. Lead product marketing for an AI-first compliance platform: own messaging and positioning across industries, build ICPs and personas, create sales enablement, run customer insight conversations, lead GTM for launches, and partner with content, social, events, and web to keep the story consistent.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion. Generate pipeline via outbound and campaigns, lead complex enterprise deals with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, compliance, marketing), deliver demos, coordinate onboarding with Customer Success, and refine territory strategy to drive predictable scalable revenue.

Serve as the technical and domain lead for enterprise pre-sales: run discovery, build tailored demos, support evaluations, respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, create reusable sales assets, and feed customer insights to Product and Marketing. Help build the Sales Engineering function and partner closely with AEs and leadership across regulated industries.
