Serve as the operational bridge between Key Account teams and Sales Execution to translate strategies into in-store merchandising and promotional execution. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track execution metrics, deliver reports/dashboards, identify process improvements, and ensure consistent application of Barcel standards across accounts. Support flawless activation and communication at regional level.

Lead and develop a regional account team while managing the H-E-B account. Drive sales, profitability, joint business planning, promotions, forecasting, and analytics using retail data tools. Build long-term customer relationships, negotiate contracts, manage trade spend and P&L, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
