Provide end-user support and Help Desk ticketing across the college: troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, deliver training and guidance, maintain systems, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate across functions to ensure consistent operations and customer satisfaction.

Advise learners and parents on financial aid processes, administer student financial aid office functions, assess eligibility for aid (including Title IV), prepare estimates and packaging, and assist with delivery of funds while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service throughout degree completion.

Prepare and process Title IV financial aid: review ISIRs and verification documents, resolve C-codes and conflicting data, package and disburse/disburse funds, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional regulations, support FA advisors and leadership, use COD/NSLDS/CPS, provide customer service, and participate in college and departmental activities and trainings.

Designs, develops, and implements instructor-led, e-learning, and blended curriculum and professional development for faculty. Conducts needs and gap analyses, selects instructional methods and media, creates assessments and supportive materials, assembles online courses in the LMS, and aligns content with regulations, organizational goals, and best practices.
