Lead and manage experiential production operations from scoping through execution and reconciliation. Oversee technical production, budgets, staffing, vendor relationships, and project delivery while building scalable systems, SOPs, and a national network of partners. Serve as senior client-facing leader supporting pitches, proposals, and ongoing account delivery to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet high creative and safety standards.
