Provide in-person executive and personal support to a founder, managing calendar, travel, household vendors, errands, health logistics, document organization, and occasional creative project assistance. Anticipate needs, prepare briefings, coordinate meetings and travel, and maintain discretion while partnering with the Chief of Staff to keep priorities moving forward.

Provide fractional chief-of-staff and executive support to clients nationwide, coordinating priorities, stakeholders, and strategic and operational initiatives on a part-time or project basis.

Contract, remote recruiting work to source, evaluate, and engage candidates for Chief of Staff and senior executive office roles. Build talent pipelines, conduct outreach and initial interviews, partner with Prime consultants on searches, and help maintain excellent candidate experience on project-based assignments.
