Lead cafe sales and marketing aligning with brand standards and P&L. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to grow traffic, manage budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee team development, training, and guest satisfaction, and support events and retail/live-music promotion.

Manage end-to-end payroll and accounts payable functions, ensure compliance with payroll tax and union requirements, supervise AP operations, maintain vendor records, support month-end close, implement process improvements, and lead a high-performing team to ensure timely, accurate payroll and vendor payments.
