Design and produce motion graphics and visual assets from ideation through execution. Lead agency-facing brand partnerships across artist roster, driving revenue through integrations, social amplification, appearances, and live experiences. Manage pipeline from prospecting to deal execution, develop pitch materials, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain agency and influencer relationships to meet revenue targets.

Own royalty accounting for assigned artist and label roster: calculate and process royalties, advances, recoupment and reserves; prepare and reconcile statements; support accruals, cash forecasting, audit readiness; interpret contracts and partner with Legal, Finance, and label teams; improve royalty processes and support system enhancements and special projects.
