Provides executive and operational support to the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning, including scheduling, communications, procurement, budgeting, records management, confidential legal and insurance files, employee events, committee meetings, documentation, and project follow-up. Requires strong organizational, communication, discretion, compliance, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced HR environment.

Designs and delivers in-person and virtual trainings (TCI/SCM, new hire orientation, compliance), supports learning projects, conducts community/on-site training, and assists Learning & Talent Development for staff professional development and compliance.
