Manage and develop Implementation Managers, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering, resolve complex onboarding issues, improve time to value and adoption, and influence product improvements. The role includes onsite client travel approximately once per month.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for high-volume cold calling to find, qualify, and book meetings for AEs across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Build and scale Rebars marketing engine across demand generation, performance channels, content, events, ABM, and partnerships. Own pipeline-driven campaigns, founder-led content, customer storytelling, sales enablement, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. Measure and optimize attribution, CAC, and funnel conversion while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and the CEO.
