Lead delivery of customer-facing web products by coordinating product, engineering, and business teams. Prioritize and plan work, remove impediments, track velocity, risks, metrics and financials, provide technical guidance, and drive SAFe-based program and release standardization. Design and iterate UX/UI for web, desktop, and mobile financial products. Create wires, user flows, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, conduct user interviews, produce annotated specs, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and develop a UX/UI pattern system.
