Own the US technical roadmap and adapt Parallel’s AI coding product for US hospitals. Lead US coding support, EHR integrations, healthcare data handling, infrastructure, security, and pilot deployments. Build and lead the New York engineering team while collaborating closely with the Paris team. The role requires hands-on software engineering, experience with US patient data and HIPAA safeguards, hospital integrations, and technical leadership during the US market launch.

Lead Parallel’s US go-to-market launch by building the hospital pipeline, prospecting healthcare decision-makers, running discovery, and converting initial pilots into paying contracts. Own pilot execution, including security reviews, BAAs, data access, and results. Develop the US sales playbook, test pricing, coordinate conferences and customer references, connect hospital feedback to the Paris product team, and help build the US team and office.
