Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment for the client, acting as primary contact for hiring managers. Provide consultative advice, conduct role briefings, develop sourcing strategies, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, ensure SLA and process compliance, and partner with internal teams and agencies to promote direct recruitment and internal mobility.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles (VP and below) including sourcing, stakeholder management, PSL performance, referrals, internal mobility, ATS data entry, offer management, SLA compliance, and promoting direct recruitment.

Support lead recruiters by managing recruitment administration, scheduling interviews, onboarding contractors, maintaining ATS and HR data, overseeing pre-employment screening and compliance, handling contractor queries, producing MI reporting, and improving processes to meet SLAs and targets while building relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
