Integrate middleware with transports (libfabric/UCX/verbs), optimize performance, collaborate across kernel/driver and switch teams, analyze performance traces, reproduce and fix customer issues, and contribute to open-source projects.

Design, validate, and document HPC/AI networking solutions; qualify and close sales opportunities in Japan; deliver technical presentations; author technical materials; gather and align customer requirements; travel to conferences and customer sites to position solutions.
